Nobody can mesh. It against the law... Jk the Roblox law though. Make a block thats an ice material. "I cant do that" puhlease.

Take the mesh from a hat. Make the brick blue, slightly transparent, and make the material Ice. Then change the positioning so that it;s on your head.
