When you register there's a section that asks for you age. I don't get why you can't talk if you 8, 9, 7, 5, etc. It really doesn't matter. My friend is 10, he can't talk on roblox, (yes we tried connecting a parent account and changing it, but if your too young it still won't have that option) which is stupid.

It's because Roblox doesn't want little kids who lack knowledge to tell personal information.
