I think people should be able to make 1 hat a year then that will be fair to us don't u think but if THE MANEGMENT agrees don't start it till 2009.

1 hat a year you say?there are almost 2 million players.that would mean 2 million hats and most of them probably don't even look good.

people could make somthing like a copy of a really expensive hat or a hat thats not 4 sale and sell it for 1 tix
