This sounds like a problem with your PC not ROBLOX. Does it happen on any other games?

I've had this problem before, I was in one game and the green and blue stripes happened, I went to another same thing.

Somebody told me to go to settings and uncheck AmbientOcclosion or something, but I couldnt find it.
