The Loyalty Bonus is a bonus to BC members every day added to their pay that's value is determined by how long they have been BC.

Think about it. If it's 10% and someone buys the max amount of R$ they're getting an extra 3500 daily. Even if it's less then 10% that's still a lot of extra R$. Even if it's 1%, extra 350 R$ daily.
