No. Just get GIMP or Paint.net and use that. This wont prevent people from making bad ads because it will be cheap itself.

that's what i was thinking butt roblox is about creating your own stuff if they had a ad creator it whould be eazy to copy other people's ads and make them diffrent

NO SUPPORT If Roblox wanted everything "EASY" He wouldn't have LUA hed have something where just typing kill all will kill all the players. There have to be some people good and some people bad otherwise LOADS OF games would get famous and the ad system would get fooded causing people to only play THERE games and never seeing GOOD ads.
