I hate that the water is dumb-looking. When you enter in water, it doesn't change the colors to blue. This is madness (not sparta)! So, I got a idea: water effects! The first step is the color inside water. It's like lighting, but only inside water. You can change the colors to blue, purple, red or whatever you want! The second step is putting bubbles on it (optional). You can change the size, color, how high the bubble goes, and if you can get more breath from it or not. The third step is putting a breath time of certain seconds (editable, min 5, max 30) in water (ALSO optional). If you bypass that time, you automatically lose all your health and die. The fourth and last step is adding water splash sounds when you jump on water. The higher the height you jump, the more loud the "splash!" will be (ALSO optional). What do you think about it?

Stop saying scriptable. Know what ROBLOX is? Programmable. Why didn't you make ROBLOX if you liked it so badly?

Well, I have always liked this idea. Everyone who just instinctively "scriptable" doesn't see the point. I've always wanted realistic water to be added, and here's a modification that could be made to change people's opinions of it. Since some people have, lets say, "bad" video cards, and for some reason still decide to play this game, you should be able to go to "My Roblox", click a "settings" tab, and there could be a check box that said, "Enable Realistic Water". If you checked this box, water in games could look just like real water, but if you left the box unchecked, it would just stay as the non-realistic water it used to be. Of course, ROBLOX would have to make a standard water that could be changed by the setting mentioned earlier, though.

RoyalMuffina is right. But this new feature might draw some more attention to ROBLOX.

@ps3 it would mess up games, thats why we say scriptable. Just like the new GUI messed up all the games that involved GUIs. Use scripts, I've seen scripts that make really good water.
