For some reason, the game keeps crashing in the middle of the game and the screen just freezes and I can't do anything. I can't move or see other player's move, it just freezes. I currently have a Windows XP operating system, a ATI Radeon Xpress graphic card, a Intel processor, and a HP desktop. Please help. |

How do I perform a graphics driver update and how do I tell how many bits I have? |
|
|
Well, that kind of problem hasn't happened to me. Whatever is causing it, I'm sure it can be fixed. What happens to me when ROBLOX decides to mess up on me: my computer completely crashes. >_> |

Well Norton does say that there is high computer usage with I use the program. I've lowered basically everything I know I can lower on the settings, yet, the game still crashes. My computer doesn't crash, however. |

Can someone please tell me how to perform a graphics driver update and tell how many bits I have. I am so lost and ATi's website doesn't really help. |
|
|
Come on, please help. I don't know what to do. |

Yeah, this may not be the same but the game keeps saying I have lost connection. I know I didnt because without reconnecting I can view the games page. I currently have a Windows Vista, the one roblox supports. They made a version for it. |

your game is not crashing.
when it crashes it tells you or it says something occured or something.
i think you are talking about lag which is to do with your internet connection. |

Here's how to update the drivers that you have: go to "Start", "Control Panel", then if you are in category view go to "Performance and Maintenance" then "System" or in classic view go to "System" in the "System" dialog box go to the "Hardware" tab then find "Device Manager" and click then find "Display Adapters" and click the plus (+) there should be one thing under it, double click it then go to the "Driver" tab and find and click "Update Driver". I am sorry, but I cannot tell you how to find how many bits you have I can say that 32 bit is written as x86 and 64 bit is x64. |
