You cant comment because its disabled. Have you not read notifications from reese saying all this stuff?

No. They made it so if you disable comments, you can still see them, just you can't comment on them. I think it's a bad idea. There's 2 reasons people disable comments -- they don't want some comments seen by the public, and they don't want people commenting on their place. Stupid update >_<
