The 'Gaming' forum. For gaming consoles like The Xbox360, the PS3, Nintendo etc... I know it's kinda basic, but it would stop people from posting about games on other forum sections.

Yes, by making this forum, it would go away from OT. There are forums like Movies/TV/Books and Music, why not a gaming forum.
