i think roblox should have bullitens just like myspace does, but there probaly only like 5 people on roblox who has myspaces and everyone who reads this, im sure they dontt...who ever does have one...do you think this is a good idea? to keep in touch with all your friends |

Well you can already do that in a way.
Make a Decal and use the Comment system as a bulliten system.

well, say if u have a clan of 20+..and u want to have a clan meeting..
so instead of messaging EVERYONE. just post a bulliten and ur clan members will read it |

Comments could also be used as a chat.
Comments are limitless and everyone can make decals. |

Even if there were bullitens on your pages, if you didn't view their page, you wouldn't see it. |

i meant if everyone had a bulliten thing on there screen and if any of your friends posted a bulliten titled" clan meeting" it would show up in ir bullitens, and if anyone is spamming bullitens delete them off your friends |

Then people would just spam Friend requests and put up bullitens like:
"SPAMSPAMSPAMSPAM" Etc. |

Some people have Friend lists of +80 pages.
Not very easy to get through it. |

Ok, THAT is a good idea.
There should also however be a report button on the side like in ads, and a button on edit profile to turn off your ability to see bullitens.

well if its personal send it as a message and if u wanna send it ass a buliten then delete a friend u dont trust or they should make a button saying
"put private for :" and add the names of ppl who u dont wanna see it |
