I have to agree with RAHEEM, forums are about free speech. You can't block someone just because you don't agree with what they are saying. If the person truly is annoying regardless of what thread, maybe something like a forum rating system should be implemented for the people themselves. I should be able to strongly disagree with a suggestion if a person is allowed to make a suggestion. |

what you don't understand now is that you yourself are trolling people on this thread. You constantly try to get them to agree with you, but they won't. that's trolling them.
also, like already said, People would just remove any comments they didn't like.
Also, this idea was suggested many times by different people, all with a different description, but it never did happen.
