Different faces for different actions.

There should be settings on what faces you have for normal, death, and Jumping. The normal would be like what appears on you in the character screen, the death face would appear on your head when you die. and Jump is when you jump (Obvious)

Scriptable. It would make the point of buying faces, pointless.

I know it is scriptable, and I have done it before, and the 'Buying faces' thing: You set which faces are for what, like I would have the 'Classic' face for Normal, 'Trance' for death, and I would have the 'Imagination' for jump. YOU set (Out of the faces YOU have) what you want for each. You still purchase them.
