Well if im correct when i was on the roblox test server
Roblox put a wind thing and people where using them to blow things of other peoples bases [lol i kinda did it :D] and roblox took it out of the stamper tool and people still had the thing so if im correct may be roblox could make collectables like put a collectable in the stamper tool and than wait a few days take it out and some people may have it :)
