I can't turn it down, because I want to hear my music without constans noise from ROBLOX. |

Like I said before: There is an Option, in the Roblox Studio, that lets you Disable the sound. Just go to:
Tools-->Settings-->Game Options-->SoundEnabled and unclick the box next to SoundEnabled... |

But I like the noise somethimes, with earbuds I can hear a person sneaking up, or gun fire to my right, or around the corner, or something like that. |

While you can go and make ROBLOX noise not there, it's much more convenient to have a GUI or HUD that's alwats there, where the oprions are for full screen exit edit mode build tools and configure. Right under the mouse settings would be a good volume control. |
