To add to the new allies and enemies list, my suggestion is the ability to PM all allies at once without having to PM every single allied leader one by one. The same could be with enemies but I think it would work best with allies. There could also be a toggle button to choose what allies get the message. Also, if the allied leader allows the message, it is automatically group shouted in his or her group. Please reply your opinion or ideas to add to this.

I like it, but if it was used with enemies it might end in mass flaming.

I meant it most for allies. I know mass flaming could occur if enemies are allowed.
