Problems with building tools

We have received several reports from users whose building tools aren't working in Build mode. We are collecting information about the problem. 1. Which browser (Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer, the ROBLOX browser) and operating system (Vista, XP, Windows 7, etc.) are you using? 2. Does Edit mode work for you? (If you haven't used Edit mode before, load ROBLOX Studio and go to your place. There will be a button that says Edit). 3. What exactly happens when you try to use your building tools? Do you get an error message? Or do they just not do anything? Thanks, everyone!

windows XP chrome also problem with playing my own place, but think that is the result of a saving error. can u pllz reset my place? (not reset in config, that dont work to)

and the building pictogram is not clickable its like the building pictogram if you play a place

1.Browser : Firefox, but i just enter in the "Play Roblox" application Windows : 7 2. I can only go to settings. 3. Nothing.. just that icon remains grey and i can't press it

Sometimes the new build toold don't work and it is less reliable.

When I try to use my build tools, every 1 of them have a side affect, I could name a few right now. -My copy tool will hold on to items, when I click to let go, it sticks, then makes 10 copys of what I was trying to make 1 of. -My move tool keeps failing, I see that green scroller and the move is unfunctional. -My Insert, even though the only reason I use it is cause of scripts- keeps failing. When I try to load a modle... Nothing. -Scripting also is a broken problem. Whenever I try to script, my game will explode, and sometimes it will say that "My Computer is Uncompatable With Scripts" It will also shut down, WHEN IM IN BM!! Thanks for reading, I hope you can tell me how to permanatly solve some of these problems, Ive already done the quitting and comming back in theroy, but that only works temporarly untill "ALL" of my tools fail.

All works. But in louis1199's place, 10 percent of delete and resize tools, it will not work. because when you try to use delete and resize tools it will have no effect when you try to use it. just drop those and pick it up again and it will work.

All my browsers (even the official ROBLOX browser) can give permission and access to almost everything that ROBLOX provides, except it prevents me to permanently make or upload any models. Tragic, but sad =(

it is all way breacking when you put some thing with a high number of scrtips lines in it but the bulid tools i dont know about

Windows 7(os) Ubuntu10.10(os) Chrome(browser) Roblox(browser) Roblox(studio mode) I am unable to enter build mode for our group place, and as far as i know, my places. I am also unable to set places back to an earlier date, or use the reset place to template option without encountering an error. As for building other than group building, I use studio mode, no problems there. Using build tools in places with them equiped works fine. My only problems are the two mentioned above. side-note: there are a few chrome compatibility issues i have noticed on the site. the item purchase gui fails to appear when i click buy, and clicking the title of someone's place on their profile page will no longer swich to displaying said place.
