Different Names Then Now.

I have seen People with names like "Stealth Pilot" "Poker_man29" and "erik.cassel" these names have Spaces, _'s, And Periods And what I ask is "Why?" When I tryed to make my name I tryed to make it "Nintendo ZACHERY" but it said I couldent have spaces. So how Come some people have names that do? And I bet they just changed it but still even if they did why didnt they leave it like it was? was there a problem with it? and if there wasnt A problem, Why change it? Some people want cool names you know!

Lets say I am making a new acount. I will call it " Telamon".It would allow it because of the space.

Names with spaces, especially with larger communities, becomes a pest. Searching a name without the need of spaces is much easier on the community and the database.
