With Toxicroak, you can't use Swords Dance effectively with a Choice Band. There are better Pokemon than Flygon to do that job. And Blaziken doesn't need a Choice Scarf with his DW ability. Just use protect once and you're good to go. |

ITEM: Leftovers/Quick Claw
With high defense and Sturdy but low speed, Forretress can easily start the battle paralyzing the enemy with Zap Cannon(unless it's a ground type, though ground types specialize in physical attack) and then while the enemy has a harder time attacking, it can toss in Stealth Rock and Toxic Spikes, blow the enemy away with Gyro Ball OR switch itself out for another Pokemon in the party to do the finishing, and the rest of the enemy team should suffer. |
