I complitely agree to this i wanted a hat of my own design i want to look like ginka form Beyblade Metal fuison. I mean alll roblox thing that we want they dont let us. Hey roblox! Cant you let us make our own hats?

No support. Noobs could copy hats and sell them for like 1 tix, such as copying a dominus and selling it for 1 tix. And much people could make inapporiate hats, or gigantic hats that lag up the place.

Obviously, this would be re-texturing existing ROBLOX meshes, I personally have, and always will support the idea. I feel it would add something to ROBLOX. However, people have been asking for this as long as I can remember and roblox has never implemented it.
