i wish me could...i pwn with blender and i've already made a bunch of hats models.....for example one is a Lion hat that would cover a head...... another is a dunce cap......and another i made is a wig(it took a while)

i think it could work. 1. only BC could make the hats 2. only admins could sell them 3. the admins could choose a hat from someone and sell it if they think its good. 4. there can be a size limit to hats so they dont cause lag. 5. there will then be more, less expenceve hats on the catolog.

In the ROBLOX wikipedia, there are several links to websites with downloadable 3-D software that enables you to design hats, but I think the administrators should let Builders Club upload hats, but I think that it shoukd stay as only administrators being able to sell hats, otherwise noobs will fill the catalougue with pointless hats that glitch your character. That way, if a hat was too big, glitchy, etc, people wouldn't complain to you.

Robloxians should be able to create hats if they have the right 3-D moddeling software!! (if we get this to about 10 or more pages, administrators might read!!)

Yea, i agree, I love 3D animation. it would be awesome if we could make hats. All though it is cool to see what the actual admins make. but now it would be different making hats because of the new heads. i guess there could be a starting template for each different head. and you but your idea on to the head. You do have to thing about the roblox servers though. If people were making hats all the time what would happen. Like when you first make a shirt how it takes a little while to load. even after its been passed my an image moderator. Think about 3D hats. over all its an awesome idea!

I completly agree. I have a boba fett helmet mesh that I uploaded, but you can only wear it in a place, and it goes on backwards. Some of us are good 3d modelers, and would like to put our skills to use on roblox. It would also be good if they had a mesh uploader, similar to the decal uploader, so that they could monitor the mesh's being uploaded. Currently we "can't" upload meshes.

Wow, a bunch of noobs say they can make hats, so they think they should be able to. Just make the meshes into givers, and be happy.

If you think making hats is so easy, its not. You have to Make the mesh, then program how it will equip to your head, that = removes it, ect.... Plus, Why cant we be happy with the hats we already have?

I'm pretty sure of they DID do this, it'd ask you where you want to put it. THIS IS NOT "IMVU"! WE DO NOT UPLOAD MESHES! STOP TRYING TO MAKE ROBLOX A DIFFERENT GAME!!!
