Telamon doesn't want you to use hats as a bank. Like delete a hat, then get the refunded money to buy another hat. |

I don't think so. With gear or stuff, you could buy it, use it, and then when yuo get tired of it get your money back when you delete it. |

Support. HOWEVER, I think that you should only have a 24 hour time period to refund the item. ALSo, you only get half of your money back or 2/3 or something like that, |
