Howdy, my name is iRemy, but you knew that already...oh whoops, wrong catchphrase. Anyways, I know many of you want to be famous movie makers. I do too...even though I don't make Roblox stuff. Anyways, this guide today will teach you about render settings to have HD videos for upload. You may ask: Why do I need HD? People are going to watch my stuff anyways. I assume you are going to be uploading to YouTube, and as many people know, YouTube compresses everything, making your 360p work seem really sloppy. Alright, finally, the setup. I use Sony Vegas Pro 10 because I actually care about my projects. I'm not someone that puts everything in movie maker, slaps my keyboard, and uploads that. That, and because I don't even have WMM. So if you're using WMM, I suggest you leave. Now, before you even render, the properties have to be right. Go to your properties, make the width 1280 and the length 720. Set the frame rate to 59.940 (or as close as 60 FPS as possible) Bonus: Right click all your clips, click properties, and check disable resample. This eliminates ghosting (that blurry effect after motion, makes the quality better) Also, make sure Maintain Aspect Ratio isn't selected. Now then, you can select render...but don't actually do it yet. Under template, select the kind of file you want, you can have the 480p, 720p, or 1080p. I recommend 720p, since 1080p is an insanely large file. Now you can render and upload, both in HD and widescreen! So why did I make this guide? Because I care about video making and want many people to be successful at it. Thanks for reading.
