Newb means Newbie. Newbie is a new person with good intentions. A noob Is normally a person who has been on for atleast a year or has BC and is horrible. Like being on here for 2 years and having 900 kos and 3000 wipeouts. A noob is a horrible player that has been on for a long time. If you join a server and they call you a noob say "No im a newb, if you think im a noob then you are stupid and fat..."
