Although being a good idea and I meet the requirements in a few months, What happens if the moderator banned someone within a time limit and the player reported the moderator for false accusation. People (especially the younger members of they community) who do this many times for a specific time they have got angry due to the fact they cannot play their favourite game. This would result in more moderation into reports. To be honest I think if the report system was different it would make this easier but how could ROBLOX stop mass amounts of spam reports when they have to take every report seriously due to the fact if they fail to recognise that something serious has gone on. So basically what I am saying is, The more punishment and more players joining ROBLOX and them getting fustrated, This means you would have to employ mass amounts of Moderator to look through reports as ROBLOX is continuing to expand! |

I agree with this. I am 14 years old and would like to try out for this, especially the game moderator. I see oh-so-many fake games and games that indirectly promote online dating. I wouldn't care if I would have to wait 5 months, I just want to make users of the site see the true games. I am also EXTREMELY active within the game, and have only gotten minor warnings.

13 year olds are beginning of being a teenager, Immature and sometimes insecure. 14 is when you have had that 'WOAH I'M A TEENAGER NOW' and now you are starting to mature, grow up and take your life more seriously. |

This is so old everyone. ROBLOX is not allowing users to work for them if they are underage; unable to get a job.
They used to have volunteer moderators (sort of) that helped out, but again, it was discontinued. I don't know why, maybe because it was abused... |

18+ if closing off most of the community, ROBLOX is designed for kids and developers, Otherwise if they give it to devs, people are just going to start getting angry.

You should be 18+ to be a volunteer. That way you'd run into less legal issues. Or 21+ for more mature people. |

I'd volunteer myself to come up with ideas for up-coming holiday events, like the yearly Egg Hunt, Giftsplosion or Halloween Event.

You know, this person has become a moderator now, and this post was back in 2008, but it makes sense. Roblox tried this idea, but not in a good way at once point, and everything went wrong. If Roblox actually listened to this guy's ideas, it might actually make comments, forums, and assets better places.

I think this is an awful idea. 14 year olds moderating a website means they have to be exposed to the content that moderation is there to protect against them seeing. The judgement of a 14 year old player may also be more biased towards people they personally dislike as opposed to the outside view of a paid employee. It also devalues the work that the actual moderators do. People being paid to do a job that a child would do for free will just seem redundant to a business minded person. I think this is a poorly thought suggestion which will only get community support from young children who want a taste of power as opposed to mature individuals able to make the just decisions that a moderator has to.

But you see, it's the parent who was to allow them. Not all 14 year olds are just little brats that just sit around and whine all day, most of them are mature. I mean, I'm turning 14 on 5/20, and do I not seem mature? I could handle this job, and so could you. It's a good idea.
