This has gotten beyond crazy. We've had a problem with virus ads on Roblox, and now it's gotten from bad to worse. Now we have huge popup ads that cover the page and make the web page unusable. Roblox, we shouldn't have to *struggle* in order to use your web page. Why is this so hard to understand? Why are you making the customer experience difficult? Why do you not understand that your customers are angry at this? This is a problem, Roblox.

All you need is a good antivirus that blocks bad ads, or an ad blocker.

Ask their ad provider to add settings upon ad filtering possibilities.

Try using a different web browser, the pop up I assume you are talking of doesn't come up on Google Chrome, or on Roblox Studio.

It shouldn't be up to the consumer to find a solution to make the product work. In fact, I shouldn't have to "find an antivirus" AT ALL because of Roblox. There shouldn't be ANY viruses on Roblox. I'm frustrated and tired of this. I want the product to work, is that too much to ask?

No, Roblox has full control over the ads that go on its web page. This is web design 101.

Yes they do but they most likely dont know about this ad

How can they "not know" about the ads from which they get money??? And they allow to put on their web page??? That would be like renting a billboard to someone and "not knowing" the content that got posted on it.

"but it is more compatible than normal internet explorer" No it's not, it's the webBrowser control from the .NET framework, unless they changed it, which is exactly what IE uses.
