I don't think this would be an improvment over the last types of BC only things. BC only was made for BC ONLY, so why should they let any NBCer buy it as they please?

Kinda good idea, but that is a bit to much, as the explanation made me thought you where talking about BC prices. But if you where talking about items then sure.
