How about allowing the user to create their own server? That way, their computer can run in the background as a 'dedicated server' for others to play on so that ROBLOX doesn't have to waste money trying to host them? The user will take responsibility for everything that happens in their server. This could work with ROBLOX Studios with hosting a server yourself.

How about this? You get Builders Club and create a Private Server! Oh my god, I didn't know this existed! Oh right, only for some games. Still, point is. It is a paid feature. Now I agree it would be nice to start a new public server, but... Do you want the price of Builders Club to go up? Price of everything to go up, because they need to buy more and more servers? Just because spammers and trolls like to create as one guy said 50 empty servers? Oh they should shut down when they are empty! Brilliant idea. Not like Roblox does that now. Unlocking and locking a server? Well we get another problem there. Private Servers must be paid for. Person/Creator of the server should have the power to shut their own server down. I will admit that, but to unlock and lock it? Maybe passw########n creation, apart from that. It should not be lockable or unlockable. Now, lets take that into consideration... Oh wait a moment, why can't they do what other proper games do? Have a server browser with "All", "Friends", "Search/Filter", "History/Recent" with a "Create Server" which allows them to ######## it and invite others- Oh wait thats once again basically the idea of a Private Server already. Which is Builders Club Only. Server browser is a nice idea though.
