Well.. there are many reasons why roblox cannot make special hats for random entry players. 1# They may not have time 2# There are many things that roblox staff (Or other players) would do then make a hat for a random player that has posted on the forums that they would like a specific apperral (omg i can't spell dat) for themself and money from others who pay for it. 3# 2# was a long and reasonable reason 4# You made ur message short as "Ok can u make a KOOOL hat that goes POING each time sumting hit me and it go KABOOM and den it hab cool decal electro gun ting figure dat peeewww ppl and kil dem w0t ok thx." NO THAT IS DUMB. 5# You read my rules. And i saw my marble (Dirteh XD) fall from the sky when i threw it over my house. There. So no one can do that for u. Sorry. Good Bye.
