UCR is under corrupt Leadership, and it has been since Trick555 came to power. Our current President, TDFall, thinks he can have everything his way in UCR. Here's a few ways to show what I mean:
1- TDFall holds those Promoter elections every 2 weeks, which isn't enough time to let those new guys prove themselves worthy for being a Council later.
2- In those Elections, TDFall uses a "Democratic" approach, and lets people vote for who they want. TDFall knows that those threads used become so large, that he doesn't want to count the votes, and whoever he sees the most votes for on the first and last pages, wins the elections. But, if TDFall sees someone he doesn't like under that category, TDFall replaces him with someone else who got very little votes, yet TDFall likes. So, if you don't think about that, TDFall doesn't look bad.
3- He didn't uphold original concept, just like Trick555. TDFall should have held the original end of what UCR was, and not have changed it as he wanted, taking in place of Trick555's footsteps. This shows selfish ways, and how TDFall only wants to get popular.

Now, there are more ideas out there, but these are some of the Major issues. Although I have spoken to TDFall in the past, and we were friendly then, I took some time to think and discuss issues, and with my forum and group experience, it led me to this conclusion.

1. Promoter elections are every week, for one, and each promoter serves 3 week terms. Promoter selections are independent of council selections.
2. A complete lie. I wasn't very friendly with a large number of people at the start, but I respected the people's votes. Last election I believe you got 5 votes, while purple and sound had 15 each. Don't complain. (these are estimates from memory)
3. There is no proof that I have done anything but uphold all the UCR values. There is no x101st to fight. We can't pretend there is one anymore. UCR changes, but we retain what made us historic in the first place.
My conclusion is that blackhero is upset over going from the "head officer" to being in the bottom 5 of every election.
I believe that this baseless flame is not typical of behavior becoming of an officer, and as such, the rank will be stripped.

I listen to reason and always accept suggestions.
Reread this. Not once does he provide evidence of anything he claims, and most of his points were absurd. He clearly has conviction in his opinion. I don't know how he slipped through with the officer exam, I'll have to revise that. |
