@bromanular The original suggestion didn't say that. However if you're trying to fix it, Theres a loophole though. Trollers may intend to befriend little kids,and then private chat with then,cussing them. The little kids will feel bad reporting them. Therefore,the troller doesn't get banned and the little kids will learn how to cuss.
