I know whats wrong, I had it too. Whenever I tried to play a game it would always give me that error. Sorry to say but the admins couldn't help me at all. I eventually found out roblox didn't uninstall correctly last time I updated and it left me with a bunch of registry errors. Then as I was in the process of contacting the admins about the errors my power supply died (also shorting out my motherboard and a few other things). So I ended up getting a new computer, re-installing roblox and moving on. Good Luck.
