[UCR] iCosmic's Election Speech (Shortened Version)

It's always been my dream to work my way higher and higher, but to help people, not just for the rank. Now, I am an Officer, and to a lot of people, that's like the wall or the ending point. Once you get to that rank, it's almost impossible unless you climb over that wall. However, let's just say most people were too weak to climb over that wall, and only the strong could climb over the wall. The strong ones are the ones who can qualify for the rank of Promoter, or even further, Council. So far I have gone halfway up that wall. However, I am getting more tired and tired the further I go. The only thing that is going to help me get up this wall is the support from you guys. Your support will give me the strength to get over this wall, and help UCR to become a better place. The thing that's always came to my mind when I think about UCR, is helping people. The Promoter rank is a delicate and precious rank. It is to lots considered the 'Golden Rank' along with the Council rank. The Golden Ranks do not need fools coming into grasp of it. It needs smart, loyal, and trustworthy people whom their priority is to help, and not abuse the power they have obtained. Only fools would want one of the Golden Ranks to be powerful and almighty, and to abuse their power. I believe I am not a fool, and I believe I am a smart, loyal, and trustworthy person who wants to help people and make UCR a better place. I always promised myself that if I became a Promoter, I would make sure all of these things happen: - Make a more friendly, improved system of ranking up, that is not too hard to rank up, but not too easy like I believe it is like right now. - Give lower ranks more chances to tell everyone their agenda about things. I believe UCR has been lacking the ideas from lower-ranks, so I will make that possible. - Give more fair trainings, including no spawn-killing, no ff-killing, possibly bigger maps where when you spawn everyone is clustered together killing randomly, and have a more sophisticated way of getting ranked up from training. - Make sure we get enough training for raids. We have already started to hold raid training, which will allow UCRians to have experience beforehand in a real raid. - Campaign with others for a better Election System. - Encourage more Boot Camps, as I believe Boot Camps help discipline people by a ton. - Give an example of better discipline to lower-ranks so that other people can catch up. - Make sure EVERYONE gets all the information they need. - Will be starting more performance arts with possibly other people. These are my main worries for now. However, things will improve more in the future.
