These would be similar to gear, you could buy them from the catalog.
Once you buy it, you are allowed to do certain actions in game. Some actions could be chosen not to be in a game by the creator. The actions would have genres just like gear. For fighting, social, et cetera. An example of a fighting action would be a roundhouse kick. An example for a social action would be a facepalm.

I support, but they better not be BC only Crap. i support but it should be a low price for those who dont have the money [low price actions would suck.] higher priced actions could be things such as the falcon punch and round house kick. Anyways, yesh agian I support. |

Easy to abuse.
Ex.
'Summer salt action'
The player would be sword fighting and just as they are about to loose they summer salt away.
