Ok here is the script (don't forget the money)
Introduction
Easy way to get started with shop scripts! This will go over everything you need to know to get a money system working! Before you start this I suggest reading a previous article, that starts with the basics: Basic Scripting. If you didn't understand that, you probably will have a hard time with this tutorial, so slow down!

My first rule is: never make anything that has already been made (unless your learning). So, this tutorial isn't about leaderboards, so search toolbox for "Cash leaderboard" and pick one out! For now, I'm going to access everything using the name "Cash", so if you change it in the leaderboard, remember to change the script(s).
[edit]Basic onTouch Money Checker
This will be used for pretty much anything that you only want to happen to people if they have enough cash. So, the basic frame work of everything onTouch will start us off.

if hit.Parent.Humanoid~= nil thenwith every 'if' line you need another end, so we will count those up a little later. Now, we need to define where the money is.
cash= game.Players:findFirstChild(hit.Parent.Name).leaderstats.CashAlright! Now we only want this to work if the player has enough cash, so here is that line:
if cash.Value>= 100 then Then to take away the money!
cash.Value= cash.Value- 100Lets look at what we have so far!

script.Parent.Touched:connect(onTouched)What does that do? It will check and make sure what is hitting it is a human. Then it will check to make sure it has enough cash. Finally it will take away that cash. :P That's boring! You can pretty much choose what you want to happen after that, imagination is key!

to start a thread you go to a forum and click new thread and to get money you need to log in everyday for a login reward or get peple to visit your place |
