ROBLOX the creator of many hats should sell all those hats he has made it is unfair if olny he can make hats. I think WE THE PEOPLE OF ROBLOXIA SHOULD BE ABLE TO MAKE HATS!!

Number one, the hat section would be covered with useless hats, and number two, few people know how to make meshes for hats.

If Players can make Hats.... They will copy Hats that aren't on sale like the Shades and put it at 1 Tix/Robux and get rich. Noobs will spam up the Hat Catalog. I showed you my moves.
