tried to build my place but it won't let me!

I press build but it goes to the game but only the skybox loads and it's just a baseplate. Also when I exit it says Save place1? And it's not the black roblox box it's the regular windows one. PLEASE HELP!

It sounds like your Roblox build isn't correct. Open up Roblox Studio and then press Help->About Roblox. After the window pops up, tell me the version number that it displays.
