Delete Comments? No Support. Players Could Manually JUst Report rather than delete, yes? and sometimes scammers tend to disable comments, and yet if they can delete comments that will be a big problem.

Players would delete the bad and keep the good. I, however, would be smart. I would delete the spam and keep the criticizing, the improvement ideas (That i don't need Google to translate for me), and the praise. Make it only allowed to be used at 13+, because then you'd know what criticism is.
