Moderators doing crap on my Decals!

I guess this counts as a technical issue, and it better.. These moderators keep removing all of my decals, none of which are breaking any of the image rules. This is the ONLY place I can try to get help. What should I do to get these mods to stop hating on my decals?

Im the main account (just got Buildercraft Banned :\) Those were the ones that worked, but all of the newer ones I've been uploading got deleted, so I removed them from my Decals to try again. None of them want to get by the mods :\

Yep. Just trying to upload some 16 bit textures, and they keep getting removed.

Roblox only supports 8-bit textures? Btw, what's the difference?

The images are bigger than 16x16, and I'm sure that each pixel is represented by more than 8 bits. That's preposterous.

I mean, it's a 420x420 image, yes, but it's 16x16 form. Nvm, most of them are working now. Some still get crap, but o well :\
