Deceleration of independence gear

People usually forget what the 4th of july is really about like Christmas and such so I would appreciate it if they had a gear that you have a paper in one hand and when you use the gear a screen pops up asking for names and you customize them then click a done button. After that it shows the deceleration with those names.
