I'm sick of noobs saying stuff like 'we ned a daly robucs bonus 2 u kno, is not fair tht bc get it n00bs' We see this kind of thing daily on S&I, and it needs to be sorted out. In my opinion, if you're not mature enough to use correct grammar, you're not mature enough to suggest. 1 abuse = Warning 2 abuses = Temporary ban from forums (Each warning after is the same as number 2, but with a longer ban.) Support?

Sorry, no support. If they want to sound like they are serious and they know what they are talking about, then they use proper grammer. Punishing them for improper grammer is stupid.

It would be good, kids will LEARN that you NEED good grammar to get anywhere in life.

Donut, I was talking about the grammar, not the actual suggestion.

There are people on ROBLOX who don't have English as a first language. You already get banned for not speaking English outside of Language Center, we shouldn't ban for bad grammar if they don't speak English well.

Boeing has a point, so how about we have something where you say that English isn't a first language?

No support. This isn't a suggestion. More like a demand for people to use better grammar. Roblox is meant to be fun, not meant to be a grammar class. ._. Hope a moderator/admin doesn't approve of this idea...

Again, @ MasterCheifOwnsNoobs Grammar is a rule on this forum already. It was on the WNTS, and never was really enforced enough.

1) What about people who are from another country, and english isn't their first language? 2) What about five, six, seven, eight year old kids who can't speak all too well? 3) What about forums like off-topic where people talk terribly for fun? 4) People don't tlk liek dise. They may use run-on sentences, lack of punctuation, lack of proper capitalization, improper assortment of grammar, but I have rarely struggled to read a sentence because the person had absolutely horrible grammar. 5) What about typos? They can occur more in a post than you may think. There are also grammar freaks who shout out that the person has bad grammar when the person said "rblox" instead of "roblox" because they missed a key.

Oh yeah, grammar never really was a "rule," even though it was on the rules. Proper grammar was more of a guideline, or encouraged, than actually enforced. Also, there never was a grammar rule on the WNTS. It was in a MrDoomBringer rule post, which is in some forum I can't remember. Most people go to RT, OT, or S&I first, and miss the rule post (which I think is on Hi, I'm New).

What kind of rule is that? (Would've cussed but since that's a rule, nevermind...) I'm gonna go right now to suggest this rule be removed.. Maybe. =3

@ Recruitsoldier 1) No solution that I can see 2) They shouldn't be in the forums anyways. 3) Off topic doesn't need this rule, just S&I in my opinion 4) ive sen mny pply hoo tlk lik dis. It strains my eyes to read 5) Typos would be ignored, it'd be the "peoplewhotalklikediswithnospaces that don't usepunctuation orcapitalize words that need capitalized" that should be punished.

Recruit is right, but I think they should have mastered English by seven.

That should only be punished if it is spammed after they are told to stop. It isn't that big of a problem...

Most schools around where I live enforce using grammar when on the computer. They force us to take typing classes. We have to type at over 110 Words Per Minute with near-perfect Grammar. Many 5-7 year olds I know can type over 150 Words per Minute with perfect grammar, while I'm stuck at the 85 Words per minute mark.

1) No solution that I can see That's one flaw. 2) They shouldn't be in the forums anyways. You're barring the forums from five, six, seven, and eight year olds? That's discriminatory. What if they want to have fun? The forum isn't just a place to act serious 24/7. 3) Off topic doesn't need this rule, just S&I in my opinion Just one forum? That kind of devalues the point of the idea, don't you think? 4) ive sen mny pply hoo tlk lik dis. It strains my eyes to read I haven't. I've probably seen less than five in S&I, and I have 5,100 posts, 5,000 of those I probably made in S&I. 5) Typos would be ignored, it'd be the "peoplewhotalklikediswithnospaces that don't usepunctuation orcapitalize words that need capitalized" that should be punished. I've seen absolutely no one, ever, who used no spaces, and people who used improper capitalization and punctuation, their posts aren't too hard to read.
