Daris I looked both ways, and there were indeed a whole bunch of soldiers flooding in from every opening. "Into that Apartment!" I yelled out, pointing to the backdoor of a building about midway between all of us. I fired a few more bullets into the crowd, killing some but wounding more. My gun clicked dry.

I ran to the stairs, pulling my side arm and knife out. "Guys ill go on ahead, clear the building!" I yell running to the destroyed stair-case that leaded to the second floor

Daris I slammed the door shut, the door making a satisfactory clicking noise. "I think it's shut. Let's hurry to the rooftops..." I said. I turned my back on the door, running up the ruined stairs.
