After further reviews of my post prior to his claim, I can conclude that, in no way, shape, or form, did I verbally abuse Chuck. He's just an overly sensitive boy who thinks that just because he looked up a bunch of laws on google, he can get people arrested.
Now that, thats an insult Chuck. And it still won't get me arrested.
I believe I'll leave this dispute in the capable hands of the more mature members of these fine forums. I have a dinner to attend to, and it's getting slightly boring having to listen to the poor arguments they make. |

I'll disect the ignorant post by the OP.

Except that the "we paid" argument is the most valid argument there is. We contribute directly to Roblox's profits, NBC doesn't.

Actually, the post wasn't meant to be considered a rant, more like a clarification of a few points that were being made probably a year or two ago while there was a massive fest of arguing. I can see not much has changed in those 2 years as the community is still the same, the game is the same, and the way the game treats the free players is still the same.
Quite simply: Take a look at the catalog, take a look at the game menu, take a look at the forums. Does it really seem all that great? The catalog is more than 80% only R$, roughly. The only thing that seems to matter is hats now, as if the game is Team Fortress 2. Some games are restricted to BC only, which is entirely unneeded and goes to show that we get no respect and the staff seems to enjoy stepping on us. The forums are also full of idiots, for lack of better word.
The community is being pummeled into the ground and it's making NBC seem like dirt on that ground while the only reason BC people defend BC is because they don't want to lose their precious, overly glorified R$. The staff is practically using mind control. "Don't question authority! EAT. CONSUME. OBEY."
Look back about a year or two, Meelo was banned for defending the free players. Is that not a bad excuse to ban? |

This is a game, not the real world. Nobody has to give you anything nor do they have to care. Nobody's opinions count, because the admins honestly dont care. so basically, Shut up and stop trying to get what you want by using examples that would only work in the real world.
Here's what everyone who makes threads like this is thinking: "Who cares about the ethics, I want it." This is the only thing you should bother posting becasue its the truth and nobody who could make a difference cares anyway. |

I know it's not the real world. You obviously haven't read through the posts in this thread. You're putting words in my mouth and that's the attitude I think is killing the community. "I've heard it all, this person is obviously just one in the crowd".
Read the above quote for a response to your second paragraph. You take me as the same as everyone else who posts these; people who miss the concept of "We're unhappy to play the game, and think it could improve like this...". Look back in '08, the year I joined, and before, the game was great back then, I actually bothered to stick around and play as a free player and didn't let the BC garbage get in the way of that; now look at how it is now... |
