Glitch with scripts in edit mode

It's strange enough. I have a script with no errors, and guess what happens? The script says it executed, yet I can't find what it was supposed to do. (e.g. make a sphere.) Anyone have that problem? It's also happened to me on other occasions with other scripts.

Roblox version: 0.43.0.263 Source code: Not sure what that is or how to get it. Running XP for a OS, script is in my testing place.

The source code is the code that makes up the script. Click on the script in the work-space and it will open it.
