it wouldn't matter still there is the warning system,and they would have 2 be 13 and up to have mostly free chat not full but mostly and 13 and under not alot of free chat just more diolage i safe chat!

Think about this. The chat wouldn't be SAFE if they were able to chat with everyone. The reason that they can't chat with us normally is because they haven't agreed to any ToS and could get ROBLOX into trouble if they saw something that was offensive. (Probably) That or they just don't want children that shouldn't see it anyway to be exposed to it. As the saying goes, better safe than sorry.

Adding onto what Deterior said, If they want to talk they can make their own account. The point of a Guest is to see how the game is without the hassle of signing up yet.
