No. and if it was made, the Price would be around 800 R$. Not 100. Because it is most likely to do instant kill. and if its instant kill, it should be a Limited/U. and the desc., its "iMa FiRiNz MaH lAzOrZ1" and also it should be provided as a model to test it. and if it was gonna shoot lasers, it would not be in the form of a hat, but in the form of like a gun. Gears cannot look like hats.
