It would be in-game. So, you would have, y'know, font, color, size, that stuff that makes the words all strange, bold, italics, ect. that kind of thing.

There used to be 2 chat bars. The normal one and the one behind it. I don't see the point of this.

Basicly a chat with custom fonts and change colours so you can have red words. For example. Will you (STOP) deleting my plane!!! STOP is in the colour red, and the font in the sentance might be bubble... Might get annoying at times but could be nice... Idk, I kind of support but I kind of dont... its iffy

It would be helpful for stuff like roleplays... and maybe there would be something called "Beacon text", for like, say, obbies, so you could get a ride? it would be like bubble chat, except bigger, and more neon.

Hmm. Maybe you would have to prove yourself somehow, (I.E. never been reported, never trolled on a forum, etc., maybe you would have to apply for advanced gamechat AND advanced forumchat.
