Here's my thoughts on the My Little Timelord fan-fics. These two stories are the exact reason I got into pony fan fiction in the first place. It is incomplete and MIGHT be dead (No updates in a month). If you aren't a fan of both shows involved the impact might not be as great as it was with me.
It's a crossover fic between Doctor Who and My Little Pony... and what can I say, it is FANTASTIC, the characterisation was PERFECT, the Doctor is in perfect character, it actually feels like an episode of the show. The story just sucks you in, you feel the impact of the highs and lows, it's not incredibly powerful for the lows, but if it was too depressing it wouldn't fit with the atmosphere of either. The description is well done, I didn't have difficulty picturing it, it's not emersed in the world level but it's not too bad to dampen the experiance. Also, I'll only say this about the ending... it is the most epic thing I have EVER read in a fan-fic SO FAR.
It may be because I like doctor who and I'm just exaggerating, but I definately think this is worth a try. |

Hehe, a dude on youtube said "wow. i wanted to hide from mlp. but mlp seems to find me no matter where i go. 24hours of youtubehiding didnt work"
My response was "Dude, you gotta hide from: YouTube, MySpace, Twitter, Facebook, Ponies, Pwnies, Bronies, Your Friends, Pinkie Pie, The outside world, and the inside world." Yeah, the only way to stay away from ponies is to go to solitary confinement, where it's still not guarunteed as images may still haunt you.
Oh, and actually being on topic, my friend told me to read Cupcakes, now I'm gonna get my revenge on him with RND. |
