We should be able to rent rentable gears permanently.
For example, if the rent timer is 1 week for 50 robux, the cost for permanently rent should be 10 times (500 robux to permanently rent item).
It should be 2nd button.
Rent for R$ / Renew for R$
Rent Permanently for R$
Once it's rented permanently, it never expires. It stays forever. It would be permanent.

Not always..... You might rent on contract ie. you pay a certain amount at once(or over a period of time) and you stay in that house until the contract expires.... |

I think its a good idea but it would cause some items to lose value. |
