What if we could like comments on games like on youtube or facebook, (now some people might say they can just keep puting those spam things up well if there is spam you report it to the mods/ admins they inspect the comment and if its considered spam then they remove it easy enough right?

You mean, a human moderator? Checking all the millions of commentaries in ROBLOX? ... I don't see where you're getting with this.
